Abstract

Ushbu maqolada «Perovskit strukturalarning elektrofizik xossalariga gamma nurlanish ta'siri» mavzusi tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda statistik tahlil va modellashtirish usullaridan foydalanilgan. Natijalar Perovskit strukturalar samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qiladi.
