Abstract

Ushbu maqolada «Kremniy asosidagi yarimo'tkazgichlarning optik xossalariga lazer nurlanishi ta'siri» mavzusi tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda statistik tahlil va modellashtirish usullaridan foydalanilgan. Olingan natijalar Kremniy asosidagi yarimo'tkazgichlar sohasida amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
