Ushbu maqolada «Kremniy asosidagi yarimo'tkazgichlarning issiqlik o'tkazuvchanligiga harorat ta'siri» mavzusi tahlil qilingan. Maqolada xorijiy va mahalliy tajriba qiyosiy tahlil qilingan. Muallif tomonidan Kremniy asosidagi yarimo'tkazgichlar bo'yicha takliflar va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
