Ushbu maqolada «Kremniy asosidagi yarimo'tkazgichlarda kvant tunnellashni tadqiq qilish (Surxondaryo viloyati misolida)» mavzusi tahlil qilingan. Muammoning nazariy asoslari va amaliy jihatlari yoritilgan. Natijalar Kremniy asosidagi yarimo'tkazgichlar samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qiladi.
