Abstract

Ushbu maqolada «Ma'muriy huquqda notarial tasdiqlashni takomillashtirish masalalari» mavzusi tahlil qilingan. Maqolada xorijiy va mahalliy tajriba qiyosiy tahlil qilingan. Muallif tomonidan Ma'muriy huquqda bo'yicha takliflar va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
