Ushbu maqolada «Nanokristallarda radiatsion nuqsonlarni tadqiq qilish» mavzusi tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda statistik tahlil va modellashtirish usullaridan foydalanilgan. Olingan natijalar Nanokristallar sohasida amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
