Ushbu maqolada «Kremniy asosidagi yarimo'tkazgichlarning optik xossalariga legirlash ta'siri» mavzusi tahlil qilingan. Maqolada xorijiy va mahalliy tajriba qiyosiy tahlil qilingan. Natijalar Kremniy asosidagi yarimo'tkazgichlar samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qiladi.
